I Googled AC Repair near me and scrolled through several. I don't know why I picked Alco Air but I'm glad I did. The lady that answered the phone was awesome! She was over the top with her enthusiasm and it was a pleasure speaking with her. Colton came to my house the same day. He was a good guy. Laid back and explained what was going on with my system. Unfortunately the cost of repairing my 14 year old system led me to buying a new unit. I was shocked at what they cost this day and time! Colton worked up a work order and I signed it. The next morning James and his helper showed up with the new unit. Both men were extremely polite and professional. James took his time going over the new system with me. I'm 61 years old. Seems like young people today are disrespectful and not tuned in to the job. The young men that came to my home were very respectful and professional. Thank you guys. Thank you Alco Heat and AC I will write the phone number on my air handler with a permanent marker and I will use them from now on. Monday 7-29 Had a little glitch in the new unit at 10 o'clock at night. Called Alco Air and they sent a young man out within 30 minutes of my call. I don't know where you found all of your hands but you have an awesome team. Justin Phillips was polite, professional and a pleasure to speak with. He had my ac up and running in just a few minutes. I know there are other ac repair business that are good but I just don't see how any of them could beat Alco Air. Thank you for taking care of me and keeping the cold air blowing at my place.
